TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) - The University of Alabama's "Crimson Ride" bus system returned to  service Monday, after a strike.

Drivers went on strike a week ago, but returned from the picket line to drive on a limited basis while negotiations between First Transit and drivers continues.

A union representative for the bus drivers says they will vote on a new contract Monday night. Drivers want higher wages and better health benefits.
