Chef Donnell Johnson's Steak Stroganoff

2 Ribeye Steaks 8oz.
1 1/2 cup mushrooms button
1 1/2 cup sliced onions
Tsp garlic minced
Tbs Tomato paste
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup gravy
1 Tbs sour cream
Tbs chopped parsley
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Seasoning steaks with salt, pepper and olive oil saute in oil over medium heat about 4 minute on each side or to desired doneness. Remove and keep warm. Add mushrooms, garlic and onions to pan saute for 2-3 minutes add wine saute 1 minute add gravy and tomato paste saute 1 minute add sour cream.  pour sauce over steaks
