Birmingham City Council shores up city transit system

By Ashley Nix

The BJCTA is under a lot of scrutiny from city councilors who say the system hasn't been managed properly.

But, councilors agree that Mayor William Bell's plan to overhaul the system is the right way to help improve the transit authority.
