Guillermo Castro's Chicken Soup (Caldo de Pollo)
Serves 8

Ingredients:
4 medium chicken breast, skin & bone
1 medium white onion
2 idaho potato
1 large green squash
2 yellow squash
2 carrots, peeled
3 corn ears divided into 3 equal pieces
salt & cilantro to taste
lime juice


Directions:
Boil everything for about 25 minutes over medium heat
Add avocado and lime juice to individual bowls.
