Ingredients for salad:

Romaine Lettuce - about 2 cups

sliced cucumbers - 4-6 slices per salad

1 sliced pear

Ingredients for dressing:

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1/4 cup sesame oil

1 teaspoon ginger zest

2 tablespoons thin sliced red onion

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1/4 cup blue cheese

salt & pepper

Directions:

Plate the salad. Mix together the ingredients for the dressing and pour over salad.
