Kairos Corn Kobbler

2 cups yellow corn

2 cups white (or Shoepeg) corn

1 can cream corn

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Sea Salt

Freshly Cracked White Pepper

For the topping

2 cups sugar

2 cups buttermilk

2 cups self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 350.

Add together all the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Gently stir with a spoon or spatula until everything is incorporated.

Spray a 9X12 casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour Corn mixture evenly into the bottom.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, buttermilk, and flour for the topping. With a spatula pour the mixture evenly over the top of the Corn.

Bake @ 350 until golden brown (45 minutes - 1 hour).
