Sour cream chocolate velvet tarte

1 10" baked pie crust

1 12 oz. pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips (or 2 cups)

1 c. milk

1/2 c. sour cream

1 egg

Bake empty pie crust by pricking with a fork & baking at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Heat milk to a boil & pour over chocolate chips.  Stir until smooth.  Add sour cream.  Stir until smooth.  Add vanilla & egg.  Stir until smooth.  Scrape into baked pie shell.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-19 minutes or until set.  Serve warm.  Garnish with white chocolate.
