Chef Donnell Johnson's Steak Mushroom Swiss Burger

Ingredients:
6oz ribsteak - pound out very thin
4 slices swiss cheese
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
mayonnaise
lettuce
tomatoes
salt & pepper
2 hoagie buns
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat saute pan. Add olive oil. Saute 2-3 minutes on each side. Add cheese for the last minute. Remove from pan and place on a plate. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute for 3 minutes. Heat buns in the pan with olive oil. Add mayonnaise to the bun. Place steak, mushrooms, onion, lettuce, and tomatoes on the bun.
