Famous Pan Seared Salmon
¼ cup Olive Oil
4- 4 Ounce Salmon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
Mix dry ingredients and set aside
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
Pat fish dry and coat each side with dry ingredients mixture. Place in hot skillet and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove fish from skillet and top with hot Apricot Sauce.
½ Apricot Jelly
¼ Creole Mustard
1 teaspoon honey
In hot skillet add apricot jelly, honey and Creole mustard turn on medium heat let simmer for about 3 minute.
