Fried Catfish Recipe

1/2 cup "Tannehill State Park's" stone grounded corn meal

½  cup corn flour

4 oz salt

1 oz black pepper

1 oz garlic powder

4 oz Tony Chachere seasoning

2lbs catfish fillets

4 eggs

2 cups water

Dip fish in egg wash mixture

Dip and coat fish in dry mixture

Fry for 9-12 minutes at 365 degrees

Fish will start floating when it's close to being ready
