Chef Bob's Almond Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:
2 pounds Brussel sprouts (blanched)
2 carrots (peeled & sliced)
1 shallot (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (sliced)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
salt & pepper
1 cup almonds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon herbs (optional)

Directions:
Saute carrots, shallot, garlic, & bell pepper in olive oil. Add brussel sprouts then almonds & herbs. Add salt & pepper to taste.
