2 ROMA TOMATOES (SLICED)
1/4 CUP BLUE CHEESE (CRUMBLED)
1 10" PIE SHELL (PARTIALLY BAKED - ABOUT 8 MINS) AT 350 DEGREES
SALT & PEPPER
3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
HERBS OF YOUR CHOICE
SALAD GREENS
VINIGRETTE OF YOUR CHOICE

DIRECTIONS: PARTIALLY BAKE PIE SHELL FOR 8 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES. OIL SKILLET ON FLAT GRILL AND SEAR ZUCHINI, TOMATOES, AND SHALLOTS. LAY INTO PIE SHELL. ADD SALT & PEPPER. SPRINKLE WITH HERBS & BLUE CHEESE. BAKE 10 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES. TOSS SALAD WITH VINIGARETTE AND TOP TART. SERVE.
