All Around Town Catering Crab and Shrimp Wontons

1 package wonton skins

1/2 lb large Alabama Wild Shrimp

1/2 lb crab legmeat

1 red bell pepper,diced

1/2 red onion,diced

1 bunch basil

2 ounces softened cream cheese

Sweet and sour sauce for dipping

Red and green cabbage,shredded

Asian Marinade[Prepared or home-made]

Cook shrimp in boiling water for 1 1/2 minutes or until pink.Slice into bite-size pieces.Take wonton wraps and fill with shrimp.pepper,onion,basil and a bit of cream cheese.Heat pan with 2 tablespoon of vegetable or peanut oil.Wet the sides of wonton wrap and fold corners up.Cook in oil for about 1 minute and flip.Cook until golden brown on both sides.Repeat process with crab meat.Serve with Asian Coleslaw for a great appetizer!Try any type of filling and you will love the results.
