Jury recommends life without parole for killer

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - A Jefferson County jury recommends a sentence of life without parole for convicted killer Justin White. White was found guilty yesterday in the rape and strangulation of 17-year-old Jasmine Parker in 2006.

The judge will set the official sentence on February 1st and he can either approve the jury's recommendation or override it. White is already serving a life sentence without parole for the murder of a UAB student in 2006.
