Bang Bang Shrimp
1 pound of large tail on raw shrimp
1/4 cup of sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup of hot chilli sauce
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of cornstarch
Pat dry shrimp coat with cornstarch and place in a hot grease. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to high heat.
Mix chilli sauces and mayonnaise together. Dip shrimp into sauce to coat and serve immediately.
