BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:
2 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR
1/2 QT CREAM OR 1/2 & 1/2
1/2 LB BUTTER, MELTED
6 LARGE EGGS, BEATEN
1 CUP PRALINES, BROKEN INTO PIECES
2 TBS VANILLA EXTRACT
1 TBS CINNAMON
1 TBS NUTMEG
1 LOAF FRENCH BREAD, CUT INTO SMALL CUBES

DIRECTIONS:
1-BEAT EGGS & SUGAR TIL THOROUGHLY COMBINED.
2-SLOWLY ADD MELTED BUTTER WHILE STIRRING CONSTANTLY
3-NEXT ADD THE CREAM, VANILLA, CINNAMON & NUTMEG, MIX THOROUGHLY
4-ADD BREAD & PRALINES, MIX WITH YOUR HANDS TO "SOAK" UP AS MUCH OF THE CUSTARD WITH THE BREAD AS POSSIBLE
5-ADD MIXTURE TO A 9x9 GREASED PAN AND BAKE 30-45 MINTUES IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN.
