CHEF BOB'S PUMPKIN BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS:
3 1/2 TO 4 CUS FLOUR (plain sifted)
1 TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER
3/4 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON ALL SPICE
1/2 CUP SHORTENING
1/2 CUP MILK
2 CUPS PUMPKIN PUREE


DIRECTIONS:
     SIFT FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT & ALL SPICE. CUT IN SHORTENING. COMBIN MILK AND PUMPKIN IN A SEPARATE BOWL. ADD TO THE FIRST MIXTURE.
     SPOON INTO GREESED MUFFIN PANS OR ROLL OUT ON FLOURED BOARD AND CUT INTO ROUNDS. BAKE AT 425 DEGREES FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
