Crab enchiladas

La Cocina Crab Enchiladas
8 oz crab claw meat[$11.99/16 0z at Snapper Grabbers]
4 oz cream cheese
1 oz sour cream
1 Tbsp fajita seasoning
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
8 6" corn tortillas
1/4 cup oil
8 oz enchilada sauce
Heat oil in pan.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Blend crab,cream cheese,seasonings,and vegetables.Dip tortillas in oil for 5 seconds to make easier to work with.Spoon mixture into tortilla,fold over.Place in oiled pan seam down.Pour chili sauce or enchilada sauce over enchiladas,cover with cheese.Bake for 20 minutes,and broil for 1 minute to crisp.Serve with rice and beans and enjoy!!!!
