Bread Pudding

8 slices white bread

1 c. regular sugar

1.5 c. brown sugar

2 c. evaporated milk

2 c. regular milk

1.5 sticks margarine

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

4 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla--butternut flavoring

2 c. raisins

Add nutmeg, cinnamon, flavor and add to milk.  Heat milk & margarine and pour over bread.  Add eggs and remaining ingredients.  Bake 350 degrees for approximately 30-40 minutes.

Glaze

1 tbsp. brandy

1/4 c. margarine

2 c. powdered sugar

1/2 c. pecans & raisins

Melt butter.  Add brandy & powdered sugar.  Mix until a smooth texture.  Add pecans & raisins.  Pour over bread pudding & serve
