Minor blowup occurs during Scrushy deposition

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Four days of digging into HealthSouth founder Richard Scrushy's assets has caused a minor blowup in the courtroom.

On Wednesday, Scrushy and a plaintiff's attorney began arguing over a 100-thousand-dollar tractor belonging to Scrushy's father, who passed away in 2005. It got heated enough for the judge to call a recess. This was just part of the day's testimony.

Attorneys are searching the minute details of Scrushy's finances from jewelry to antiques at Scrushy's Vestavia home and Lake Martin lake house.
