BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Tuscaloosa police said Friday they were questioning a 16-year-old McCalla teenager in the shooting death of his father.
Capt. Loyd Baker of the Tuscaloosa Metro Homicide Unit told FOX6 News Monday morning the teen was being questioned in the early morning shooting death of the teen's 44-year-old father.
Baker said the teen's mother called 911 shortly after 3 a.m. Friday, telling dispatchers she had just gotten a phone call from her son saying her son and his father had got into an argument and that he had shot his father.
The shooting happened at the home on Trace Lane in McCalla.
