BLOUNT COUNTY, AL (WBRC) - A group from Blount County hopes to put pressure on the state to make more improvements to a deadly stretch of highway.
Highway 160 was the scene of a deadly crash that killed three Hayden High School students in November 2007.
In April 2006, one person was killed and two injured in another crash along Highway 160.
The state has put up guardrails along the area where the teens were killed.
Activist Amy Camp says other improvements need to be made. Camp is leading a march along 160 today to draw attention to her concerns.
