BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - A Birmingham woman has been charged with the murder of her husband.

Birmingham Police said Betty Cook, 61, was being held Monday for the murder of her husband, Walter Cook, 60.  Police said Walter Cook was found Friday night stabbed to death in his bed at their home on 17th Street in Ensley.
