Birmingham police make "sticky fingers" arrests

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Three people were arrested as part of a reverse robbery police sting in Birmingham's Five Points South area.

Birmingham Police, in a statement to FOX6 News on Thursday, reported the following three arrests:

Attempted Theft from a Person:
Jason Limbaugh, 27
Roven Faith, 36
Theft 2nd Degree:
Samuel Hale, 48

Birmingham Police said the three were arrested during a reverse robbery operation called "Sticky Fingers," which utilized decoy police officers around the Five Points South area.  The operation targeted would-be robbers and potential theft suspects.
