BBQ Shrimp Marinade

Shrimp 41-50 ct

Fresh Garlic

Canola Oil

Cajun Seasoning

 

1Tablespoon

Mix garlic, oil, and Cajun seasoning. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit 2-24 hours.

Gruyere Cheese

Parmesan Cheese

White pepper

 

1/2 teaspoon

1. Combine butter, water and salt in saucepan over medium heat

2. When mixture comes to a simmer add grits and stir until well mixed

3. Cook at a simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened

4. Whisk cream, egg, and black pepper and stir into grits

5. Add cheeses and stir until cheese has melted.

Prepare grits. Sautee shrimp in 2 tablespoons Canola oil until done, drain oil. Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons butter and stir until creamy. Serve over grits and garnish with green onions.
