BBQ Shrimp Marinade
Mix garlic, oil, and Cajun seasoning. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit 2-24 hours.
Prepare grits. Sautee shrimp in 2 tablespoons Canola oil until done, drain oil. Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons butter and stir until creamy. Serve over grits and garnish with green onions.
