Federal prosecutors going after Samuel Pettagrue's house

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Federal prosecutors are going after Reverend Samuel Pettagrue's house.

The feds are looking to settle the $300-thousand dollar forfeiture judgment from his conviction on bribery, mail fraud and money laundering.

Pettagrue and State Senator E.B. McClain were convicted in a scheme involving community programs.

Prosecutors also want Pettagrue's 2008 Lexus.
