1 cup dry milk powder
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butterbean flour
Mix the dry ingredients together until well mixed
4 cups water (cool to start with)
Place the eggs and water into a saucepan and beat until well blended together. Slowly add in the dry ingredients while continuously stirring. When well blended together, turn on the stove and cook on medium-high until the pudding begins to bubble. Turn stove down to low and continue to blend until pudding is thick in texture.
Top with whipped topping and then sprinkle with cinnamon. OptionalL other toppings may be strawberries, cherries, chocolate chips, etc.
