Bryan Foods National Sandwich Month Recipes

  • Italian Sub Sandwich

o   4 slices Bryan Bologna, regular or beef

o   2 slices Bryan Cotto Salami

o   1 Italian roll, split lengthwise, toasted if desired

o   2 slices roasted red peppers

o   2 teaspoons mayonnaise

Spread each side of the Italian roll with mayonnaise. Layer on Bryan Bologna and Bryan Cotto Salami. Top with roasted red peppers and place top half of Italian roll on top.

  • Buffalo Bologna Sandwich

o   4 slices Bryan Bologna, regular or beef

o   1 tablespoon mayonnaise

o   1 teaspoon Buffalo wing sauce

o   2 slices your favorite white bread

o   2 tablespoons thinly-sliced celery

o   1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

Mix together mayonnaise and Buffalo wing sauce. Spread on both pieces of bread. On the bottom slice of bread, top with Bryan Bologna. Sprinkle Bryan Bologna with celery and blue cheese. Top with second slice of bread.

  • Barbeque Bologna on a Bun

o   4 slices Bryan Bologna, regular or beef

o   1 hot dog bun

o   2 teaspoons your favorite barbeque sauce

Roll each slice Bryan Bologna into long, narrow rolls and pile onto hot dog bun. Drizzle with barbeque sauce.
