Sweet Bones Cajun Patty Melt

8 slices Rye bread
4 1/2 lb Black Angus burgers
6 slices Swiss Cheese
2 medium onions
1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
salt, pepper, and granulated garlic
4 Tablespoons Canola oil
1 pint Sweet Bones Alabama Potato Salad

Heat oil in skillet until hot. Slice onions thin and add onions and stir. Add Cajun spices
and reduce heat to medium low, cooking onions until caramelized. At the same time start your
burgers on the grill or on a grill pan on the stove. While they are both cooking add 4 slices
of rye to a separate pan over medium low heat with 1 Tablespooon of melted butter. Top each
slice of Rye with 1 1/2 slices of Swiss cheese. Toast bread to your favorite level as cheese melts.

When the burgers reach desired degree of doneness place burger on top of melted cheese and add
Cajun onions. Top each sandwich with remaining Rye bread and turn over, toasting on other side.
Cut each sandwich in half on a bias and serve with a side of potato salad!
