Bob Syke's BBQ Southern Cole Slaw
1/3 cup heavy mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 to 2 heads cabbage
2 whole carrots
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a large bowl, add cabbage and carrots, toss to coat, cover and refrigerate can be up to 4 hours ahead. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Can add parsley or paprika before serving. Makes 4 servings.
