Police: 3 men with gunshot wounds not cooperating with investigators

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - A shooting Thursday night that left three men with gunshot wounds has been a bit of a mystery and caused frustration for Birmingham police investigators.

Three men showed up driving to the Birmingham Fire Station on Huffman Road on Thursday night. All three men had been shot. They were taken to UAB for treatment. Sgt. Johnny Williams says investigators discovered the men had been shot at Fourth Avenue South and Cumberland Drive. Williams says so far the men are not cooperating with investigators.

This comes on the heels of multiple random shootings in the area. Williams says investigators do not believe this was a random shooting. Anyone with information about the shooting you are encouraged to contact the Birmingham Police Department.
