All Around Town Catering: Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 can cannelini beans

1/2 head green cabbage,chopped

1 yellow onion,diced

1 bell pepper,diced

2 stalks celery,diced

2 Tbsp vegetable base

1 quart water

2 Tbsp corn starch

Directions:

In a stock pot, bring your water to a boil,add vegetable base and dissolve.Add all of your vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.Reduce heat and simmer,then add corn starch.
