TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) - The actions of a Tuscaloosa City school teacher are under investigation.
Mike Daria, the Superintendent of Tuscaloosa City Schools, confirms the teacher in question is no longer in a classroom.
The situation involves a teacher at Southview Elementary School.
Tuscaloosa Police confirm that no one has yet been charged with a crime. Someone came forward with information given to authorities earlier this week. The actions of the teacher have been described as grabbing, pulling, or pushing.
Daria could not say whether the teacher in question is still employed by the school system.
