BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - The state of Alabama has dominated the world of college football for the last decade. No one knows that better than the “Voice of the SEC” himself, Paul Finebaum. “I’ve been gone from Alabama for 5 years, I still talk about Alabama all day long.”
Paul has seen his fair share of headlines over the years, from the Mike Price situation to Harvey Updyke. He’s become synonymous nationally with the SEC. He attributes his success to callers on his radio show, “I really feel like I owe them, pretty much, everything.”
Callers like Phyllis and Tammy have helped make the debate over Alabama and Auburn a nationwide discussion.
